Art specialists will teach campers to explore colors, textures and mediums through printmaking, painting, sculpture creation, collage, drawing, and clay works.

Baseball Camp Beginner
Beginner Players • Ages 7 -11 will receive instruction on hitting, throwing, fielding and pitching. Sessions will go over the FUNdamentals of baseball at every position.

Baseball Camp Intermediate
Intermediate Campers • Ages 8-12 will learn to refine and develop their skills. Fundamentals will be covered, however emphasis will be on higher level baseball situations such as Bunt Defense, Outfield Relays, Run downs and pick-offs. The goal of the camp is to take the player's game to the next level.

Camp Discovery *
Fun-filled day trips to outdoor recreation areas with the goal of introducing unique, challenging activities under strong and encouraging leadership. Activities may include caving, hiking, rock climbing, canoeing, tubing, and an overnight trip.

Girls on the Go *
Campers expand their horizons through indoor and outdoor adventures such as hiking, swimming, field trips and craft projects.  The two-week session also includes a camping trip on the second Wednesday night of the session and culminates with a  program written and presented by the campers.

Grand Slam Tennis *
We welcome all campers who want to have fun and improve their tennis game. Beginners are taught by the camp director. This comprehensive program focuses on skills development and application for the first week, then seeding matches and a three level Grand Slam Tennis Tournament for the second week.

Intro to Sports and Games Camp *
The focus is on sportsmanship, teamwork, fitness, and healthy competitions as campers experience new and exciting games, such as wall ball, knock-out, monster ball and capture-the-flag. Traditional sports such as basketball, soccer, track and field, and volleyball are also touched on.

Jr. Counselor In Training (CIT)* *
Applicants will learn and develop the necessary skills it takes to become a potential Junior Counselor. All applicants will be required to go through an interviewing process before acceptance into the program. All skills and experiences offered in this program are universal i.e. they can be used at home, school, church, with youth groups, and/or in community service.

Modeling and Fashion Camp
Style-filled week for tween and teen fashionistas! Camp curriculum includes: Runway Modeling Skills, Fashion Photo, Dress to Impress Seminar, Fashion 101, and Community Service. Week culminates in Work the Runway fashion show.

Nature Camp (one week) *
A full action packed week of canoeing, sports, archery, nature crafts, and recreational swimming. Campers experience all the fun of the two week Nature Camp program with the exception of swim lessons, and the  overnight program. Campers are grouped according to age/grade.

Nature Camp (two week) Wilde Lake *
Where can campers learn how to swim, paddle a canoe, play a variety of sports and learn the finer points of archery -  plus many more crafts and activities all in two weeks? Nature Camp! There is also an overnight scheduled for the first Thursday of each session with fun camping activities.

Nature/Sail Camp - Wilde Lake *
Campers begin the day at the Nature Camp site. Half the day is spent learning to sail at Lake Kittamaqundi and the other half is spent participating in other activities such as recreational swimming. In addition, Nature/Sail campers participate in the overnight program. (See information listed under Nature Camp).

Skate and More
A great way for skateboarders to improve their skateboarding skills, while enjoying some of the fun amenities offered at CA. Campers receive instruction in the morning and enjoy fun activities, including miniature golf, batting cages and swimming in the afternoon.

Skate Park Tour
Skateboarders make the most of their summer by traveling to a different skate park everyday. Skaters will start their first day of camp at Columbia SkatePark, and making selections for their next four days of skating, picking from a list of preapproved skate parks that offer unique ramp elements.

Campers will have fun participating in a variety of indoor and outdoor sports as well as have a chance to take daily field trips that include the CA SportsPark, trekking at local parks and cosmic bowling at Brunswick Lanes. Some field trips may require an additional nominal fee.

Tennis Camp *
Tennis camp provides a fun non-competitive environment conducive to all campers to enhance tennis skills. Tennis pros along with staff place campers in small groups by skill level. Campers are grouped according to age. Individual and group instruction and special drills are used to develop tennis skills.

Trek *
Take an exciting trip everyday! Campers work as a group to create their own camp by choosing their destinations from a preapproved selection which may include hiking, rope swings, amusement parks and beaches.
