Summer Camp Director Positions
We are seeking adults and college graduates interested in Camp Director positions for elementary thru high school-age camps including adventure, sports, nature, sleep away, and sailing. We are looking for someone to join our team who loves working with children, is reliable, and has a minimum two years of documented leadership experience. Applicant must be at least 21 years old, and able to work outside in summer temperatures. Compensation is competitive and depends on experience. Meetings and small duties begin in January 2012, camp begins in June 2012. Day camp requirements are 8:15AM-4PM. Background checks required. Camp Division Supervisor Positions
The Columbia Association has positions available in several summer day camps for Division Supervisors, starting June 2012, Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:00PM. Applicants must be at least 21 years old with 2 years documented leadership experience. Duties include supervising staff, planning programs, safety of campers, and other duties as required. Compensation $12.66 and up depending on experience. Must be able to work for eight weeks

Camp Counselor Positions
Summer camp counselor positions, starting June 2012, Mon – Fri, 8:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. Duties include working with children preschool through grade 10, must be able to stand for up to 6 hours, work outside in summer temperatures, and attend mandatory camp training. Must be at least 18 years old, or a high school graduate. Must be able to work for eight weeks. Compensation is $7.81 and up.

Summer Sailing Instructors
Seeking experienced sailing instructors to work in Columbia Association Camps, starting June 2012, Mon – Fri, 8:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. Must be at least 21 years old, hold a current instructor certification for small water craft, attend camp training, and work outside in summer temperatures. Compensation is $11.61 and up depending on experience. Must be able to work for eight weeks.

JR Camp Counselor Positions
Summer camp counselor positions, starting June 2012, Mon – Fri, 8:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. Duties include working with children preschool through grade 10, must be able to stand for up to 6 hours, work outside in summer temperatures, and attend mandatory camp training. Must be at least 16 years old and obtain a working permit. Compensation is $7.43 - $7.68 per hour.
