2012 Early Registration and Spring Savings Discount FAQ

1. What are the discounts?
   » Early Registration: Register AND Pay for AT LEAST 4 weeks between January 17-February 28, 2012 to receive $250 off your total.
   » Spring Savings: Register and Pay for AT LEAST 2 weeks between March 12- April 30, 2012 to receive $75 off your total.


2. Do I have to pay in full to receive the discount?
   » Yes, you must pay in full by February 28 and April 30 respectively to receive the discount.


3. May I register between January-April even if I do not plan to pay until May?
   » Yes, you may register at any time starting January 17 for residents/members, February 1 for non-residents/non-members, but you will not receive the Early Registration or Spring Savings discounts.


4. Can I split the weeks between multiple campers?
   » No, the discount is per camper.


5. Can I receive both the $250 and $75 discounts?
   » No, you may only receive one per child.


6. I receive an Income Qualified rate, may I still receive the Early Registration or Spring Savings Discounts?
   » No, the offers cannot be combined with the Income Qualified rates.


7. What is the maximum amount I can receive discounted?
   » Up to $250 per child. No double discount.


8. Am I locked into these camps or may I switch?
   » You may switch camps at any time as long as there is space available in the desired camp. If you drop camps below 4 and 2 weeks respectively, (before June 1 as permitted), you will lose the discount.


9. I have a coupon from the 2011 Focus Group. May I use that and receive the discount?
   » Yes, you may use both. To receive both discounts you must register for additional weeks. For example, If you register for 4 weeks under early registration, you may receive $250 off. To receive the additional $100 from the focus group, you must register for an additional week. Please note that the focus group coupon may be used for a minimum of 1 week if you choose not to use the Early Registration and Spring Savings discounts.
